This camp offers the perfect blend of teambuilding, leadership training, and backcountry travel for budding adventurers.  Campers will be introduced to the skills necessary for traveling in the wilderness: how to navigate with a map and compass or a GPS device, map making, backcountry preparedness and etiquette, while also experiencing, firsthand, the responsibilities and demands of living and working as a team and what it takes to be a leader.  Throughout the week, our experienced instructors will guide campers in teambuilding challenges, leadership exercises, and a trail maintenance project to promote cooperation, communication and trust.  Participants will build confidence in themselves, practice the skills necessary to become a teammate and leader on the trail, and have a blast doing it.  This camp will build self-confidence, teach responsibility and promote teamwork in a fun, supportive and safe environment.*

*All activities will be supervised by highly trained instructors and adhere to American Camping Association standards.

Note: This is a week-long overnight camp beginning on Monday and ending on Friday.
