At the Pat Smith camp you will learn the most important techniques in the four areas of wrestling  (Takedowns, Defense, Top and Bottom Position) that I used to become the first four time NCAA Champion!  This is the same technique that was taught at Oklahoma State University while helping guide the Cowboys to 5 NCAA team titles as a coach!!

Session times:

Friday June 23th- 11:30am-1pm, 2:30pm-4:00pm

Saturday June 24th-9am-10:30am, 12pm-1:30pm and 3pm-4:30pm

Sunday June 25h-9am-10:30am, 12pm-1:30pm
