Come join us and your fellow Arizona Cactus-Pine Girl Scouts for a fun day of Rock-Climbing on June 13, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM

There’s no better way to experience Prescott than by taking part in a guided instructional rock-climbing experience on one of its unique rock formations. Whether you're new to rock-climbing or have the climbing technique of a mountain goat we have the perfect adventure for you.

Backcountry Unlimited’s educational rock-climbing programs are rewarding and eye-opening experiences.  Our experiential approach provides participants with hands-on, kinesthetic opportunities to develop intra & interpersonal skills, confidence, self-esteem, balance, focus, flexibility, and cooperative social engagement while experiencing an action-packed adventure.  The benefits of climbing are many and for those that really enjoy it, often it becomes an invaluable life-long activity and lifestyle. Participants will learn the fundamentals of setting anchors, belay systems and hardware, rappelling and rock site environmental awareness. But, more importantly, you'll discover in yourself a new focus and level of commitment to embracing the challenge that will serve you for the rest of your life.

Backcountry Unlimited was found on the premise that people learn best when they are placed in an environment where they are comfortable to be themselves and gain new skills.  We believe our adventure leadership experiences serve as necessary catalysts that enable people to become positive, productive citizens.

All Guided Rock-Climbing Adventures include a professionally certified climbing Instructors that use their in-depth knowledge of the area to ensure you have the time of your life and all necessary equipment.
