TUESDAY AND THURSDAYS
The STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CAMP- 7TH GRADE will improve body weight, relative strength, and enhance agility and quickness with fun, open-ended games and drills. Campers will develop the qualities of acceleration and linear speed, increase explosiveness and power, and most importantly, develop healthy nutrition and exercise habits that can last a lifetime. The program is designed for both athletes and non-athletes. Each day, the campers will learn strength and conditioning techniques designed towards safety, improving strength, speed, overall conditioning, and developing great nutritional habits. From improving linear speed, to being in better overall health if a non-athlete, this camp will fulfill goals of self improvement. Campers should wear a t-shirt, athletic shorts, and athletic shoes.
