Scholarship Policy:
Pied Piper Players values giving everyone the opportunity to participate in our programs regardless of ability to pay. We offer scholarships and payment plans based on financial need. To apply for a scholarship or payment plan, please email administration@piedpiperplayers.org.

Family Participation Expectation:
Families are expected to support the production with 15 hours of work between January 11 and March 7, 2020. Families with more than one child in the show will be expected to work an additional 10 hours per each additional child. Our Community Work Days make this commitment reasonable and fun!

In lieu of this rehearsal period work commitment, we accept a limited number of production donations to offset the cost of work performed behind the scenes. We use these funds to defray production costs and to hire artists for special projects related to creating the sets, props, and costumes.

During Tech Week (March 8-12, 2020), every family is asked to work an additional 10 hours. During the run of the show, every family is asked to work at 4 of the 6 performances, either backstage or in the "front of the house", as well as participating in strike following the final performance. The performance schedule is:

Friday, March 13 at 7:00pm (actors will be called from 5:00-10:00pm)

Saturday, March 14 at 2pm (actors will be called from 12:00-5:00pm)

Sunday, March 15 at 2:00pm with talkback to follow (actors will be called from 12:00-5:30pm)

Sunday, March 22 at 2:00pm with strike to follow (actors will be called from 12:00-7:00pm and an adult family member must be present from 4:00-7:00pm)
