COMPLIMENTARY - CLASS FOR MOTHERS PLANNING TO DELIVER AT SAINT PETER'S UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL

You will receive a packet of literature and a link closer to the start date of your class. Location: ONLINE

This class is designed for the expectant parents who are considering breastfeeding their baby. The class will discuss: the benefits for the baby and mother; how the lactating breast functions; positioning techniques that are most helpful; proper latch; and signs of adequate hydration.

Also included, for those women returning to work, information on breast pumps and the proper storage of breast milk.
